1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TubePilot, a product of Bharat Cloud Technologies. By creating an account or using TubePilot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
TubePilot lets you schedule, bulk-upload, and automatically upload videos to your own YouTube channel, including an optional feature to automatically upload videos from a Google Drive folder you connect. Features, limits, and pricing may change over time; we'll do our best to communicate significant changes in advance.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
- You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use TubePilot.
4. Google & YouTube connection
To use upload features, you must connect a YouTube channel you own or are authorized to manage. TubePilot uses YouTube API Services; by connecting your channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. If you connect Google Drive, TubePilot will only read video files from the folder you select, solely to upload them to YouTube on your behalf. You can disconnect either at any time from the app.
5. Credits, diamonds & payments
- New accounts receive a monthly allowance of free uploads, which resets each month.
- Additional uploads beyond your free allowance are charged in "diamonds," a virtual credit purchased through the app.
- Diamond purchases are verified manually against the payment reference and screenshot you submit; approval times may vary.
- Diamonds are non-transferable and have no cash value outside TubePilot.
- If an upload is cancelled before it completes, the associated free upload or diamonds are refunded to your account. See our Refund Policy for full details on purchased-diamond refunds.
6. Your content
You retain all ownership rights to the videos and content you upload through TubePilot. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload, distribute, and monetize your content, and for complying with YouTube's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. TubePilot acts only as a scheduling and upload tool; it does not review, edit, or endorse your content.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use TubePilot to:
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, is unlawful, or violates YouTube's policies.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or to TubePilot's systems.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.
- Use the service to spam, harass, or distribute malware.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the credit system, or engage in activity that we reasonably believe is harmful to TubePilot or other users. You may stop using TubePilot and disconnect your Google accounts at any time.
9. Disclaimers
TubePilot is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for outages, delays, or errors on YouTube's, Google's, or any third-party platform's side that affect your uploads.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bharat Cloud Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TubePilot, including lost revenue, lost content, or account actions taken by YouTube or Google.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
